The foods brought in for the Harvest Celebration in St Clare’s School have been very kindly donated to the Mary Thompson Fund, which supports refugees and asylum seekers in the Tees Valley many of whom receive no other support.

Monday 2nd November is All Souls’ Day. Along with Christmas Day, this is a special day on which the priest is allowed to say more than one Mass, so there will be an evening Mass on Monday 2nd November at 7pm as well as the usual 9am.

During the month of November Masses will be offered for the Holy Souls. Envelopes for the November Masses and lists are on the table at the back of church.

Empty shoe boxes are required for Christmas gifts; half are to go to sea-farers, half to the troops in Afghanistan.
