Prayers needed please!

Please pray for Louis Anderson, who is only two years old. He has a neuroblastoma and will have an operation on 22 June to remove the malignant tumour. He is being remembered in prayer at Holy Cross Abbey in Tipperary and at the Friary at San Giovinna Rotondo, Italy and his photograph has been placed inside one of Saint (Padre) Pio’s stigmata mittens. Saint Pio pray for him.

Refugee Week planning meeting

There will be a meeting of the Justice and Peace group in the Parish rooms at 7pm on Monday 8th June to discuss the Refugee week service on 18th June Please come to our meeting if you could contribute in anyway. Also if you would be able to make a dessert please put your name on the list on the table at the back of the church. Thank you.

Refugee Week

Begins 15th June On Thursday 18th June there will be a service with some Asylum Seekers in St Clare’s Church at 12.00 noon. This will include reflections, prayers, and music. After this refreshments will be offered. Tea, coffee or a soft drink and desserts. Any donations will be given to the Mary Thompson Fund and Justice First.
